Daphnee is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) with a rich and diverse clinical background in nursing and advanced practice. Her journey began as a Registered Nurse, where she gained hands-on experience across a variety of settings including medical-surgical, clinical decision units (CDU), rehabilitation, and the emergency department. These formative years shaped her clinical judgment and deepened her passion for patient-centered care.

As a Nurse Practitioner, Daphnee has expanded her expertise in hospitalist medicine, pain management, and Family medicine in nursing homes, telehealth, and home health, bringing compassionate, evidence-based care to some of the most vulnerable populations. Her broad experience has not only sharpened her clinical skills but also given her unique insight into the challenges and rewards of the NP role.

Driven by a commitment to uplift the next generation of Nurse Practitioners, Daphnee founded The NP Mentor a mentorship program designed to guide NP students and new graduates through the often-overwhelming transition into advanced practice. Her mission is to provide practical support, career development tools, and real-world insights that help NPs grow in confidence and competence.
